Your satisfaction is our priority! It is our goal at Blu Tone to ensure that our customer's expectations are always met. In the event that there is an issue with your item: Please email us a photo of the product(s) you would like to return within the first 14 days upon receiving your delivery. Once we receive and handle your request, you will be prompted to ship the item back and your refund will be processed accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE
All returns must be made within 14 days upon receiving your order. After this time frame has passed, your item(s) will no longer be eligible for return. Additionally, refunds will typically process between 5-7 business days. Please allow us this time to fulfill your request.
SHIPMENT LIABILITIES
Blu Tone does not claim responsibility for any damages that may be caused to the product(s) during the mailing process. At that point, matters would be taken up with your Mailing Service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etc.)
