Q: When should I be expecting my order(s) to arrive?

A: It doesn't take very long for our products to be shipped. Depending on where you live, it may take anywhere between 7-21 business days to receive a delivery. In the event that it is taking unusually long, please reach out to us via email.

Q: My lighter arrived empty/isn't lighting?

A: Don't worry! Your lighter isn't defective. Most of our lighters do not come pre-filled. To preserve the quality of the lighter and adhere to laws regulating the shipment of flammable products, lighter fluid is sold separate.
